Support Ticket Policy

PrimoChill reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. If at anytime the policy stated below has been violated, Primochill will discontinue service to that customer and will no longer continue to provide support in any way. Upon submission of a support ticket, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

Confidentiality: This support ticket system and any text or files transmitted within it are property of Tyler Industries, LLC and are intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom the ticket is addressed. The use and communication in this support ticket system is considered confidential and may be privileged communication. Any other use, retention, dissemination, publishing, forwarding, printing or copying of this email/support ticket is strictly prohibited.

Correspondence: Use of inappropriate language and/or threats to any individual or Primochill as a whole will not be tolerated. This includes posts in online forums.
